We have owned four Advantage SPS semi-trailer 6 outlet blast machines since 1991. After 7 years of hard use, we decided it was time to upgrade them to current standards. We asked Advantage SPS if they could take our old units and bring them up to the performance of their newest models. Advantage SPS told us that by modifying some of the existing modules and adding the CL-20 Classifier, we could have machines that would perform just like the newest models.
The GRT-3020V machines have met our expectations. As the equipment manager for Dynamic, my biggest concern is that our painters can run and maintain these machines on remote jobsites day after day. The Advantage SPS control panel is very easy to operate. The magnetic separator does a great job of removing non-metallic dust and paint chips. The pneumatic system is foolproof. After two years of running these new machines, we have had no significant problems.
